We offer a variety of short series virtual mental health workshops. These series are often integrative and include breathing exercises, somatic practices, yoga and expressive arts.

Everyday Mindfulness

A 4-week program designed to implement mindfulness into your busy schedule. Mindfulness can be described as our ability to access non-judgmental present moment awareness, it is in essence our skill set to regulate ourselves. Mindfulness can lead to better sleep, improved stress management, increased self-awareness and stronger relationships. These practices will be short and compact, easily sprinkled into a realistic routine. No experience necessary.

Yoga for Core Emotions

Join us for a 2-hour virtual workshop, "Yoga for Core Emotions." We’ll break down each of the core emotions—joy, anger, fear, sadness, and more—offering insight into how they impact your mental health. Through practical yoga practices, you’ll learn techniques to help regulate and balance these emotions, empowering you to navigate them with greater ease. Whether you're new to yoga or seeking ways to manage your emotions more effectively, this workshop provides valuable tools for emotional well-being.

This experiential workshop blends yoga practices with mental health education to help you befriend your anxious mind. Through gentle movement, breath-work, and research-based therapeutic strategies, you’ll learn how to more readily access your inner resilience in the face of discomfort and uncertainty.
Developing Healthy Sleep Habits

Are you feeling tired more often than not? Do you have trouble falling asleep or waking frequently during sleep time? Have you sought help for depression or anxiety but feel like a piece is still missing? If this is you, you could potentially benefit from a better understanding of healthy sleep. What is it and how can we get it? We will look specifically at the importance of Sleep Hygiene, how nutrition, fitness, and stress impact your sleep, and how to set up your environment conducive for sleep.

If you feel overwhelmed with finding your place in the world and are unsure of who you want to become, this group is for you! Our sessions provide a safe space for individuals to share, learn coping strategies and build a supportive community. Through the exploration of personal values and various self-exploration exercises, we will help you create a clearer understanding of who you are and who you want to be.
