My Approach

As a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), I am dedicated to helping individuals navigate life's challenges and achieve a greater sense of well-being. My practice is centred on a trauma-informed approach and rooted in empathy, evidence-based practices, and a deep commitment to understanding each client's unique story. My goal is to ensure that every client feels safe, respected, and empowered throughout their therapeutic journey.

I offer support for a wide range of issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, trauma, and life transitions. Through personalized therapy plans, I empower clients to build resilience, develop healthy coping mechanisms, and create lasting positive change in their lives.

My approach is compassionate and holistic, integrating evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Narrative Therapy, Person-Centred Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based approaches, tailored to meet the specific needs of each individual.

In my practice, I create a non-judgmental, supportive environment where clients feel heard and validated and can explore their experiences and emotions at their own pace. Whether you're dealing with the aftereffects of trauma, managing stress and anxiety, or navigating life transitions, I am here to support you every step of the way.
